The Platform does not guarantee the lowest fees or exchange outcomes.
To ensure safety and compliance, the Platform may:

Delay or reject transfers that require further review
Suspend or restrict access where necessary
These measures are in place to protect members and comply with applicable regulations.
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to MCC PLC and its partners.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use Platform content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
MCC PLC and NCU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
