The Platform is operated for registered members of National Credit Union Limited (NCU).
Meta Cooperation Company PLC (MCC PLC) provides technology, software, and support services and does not accept deposits or provide financial services.


2. Eligibility and Membership

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Register as a member and provide accurate information

  • Successfully complete required verification and compliance checks

Access to certain services may be restricted based on jurisdiction, regulatory requirements, or internal policies.


3. Member Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

  • Not attempt to misuse, interfere with, or reverse-engineer the Platform

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.


4. Remittance Services

Remittance services are made available to members through approved banking and mobile money partners.

  • Processing and delivery times may vary

  • The Platform does not guarantee transfer speed or availability

All transfers are subject to verification, review, and compliance requirements.


5. Fees and Charges

Applicable fees, if any, are disclosed to members before a transfer is confirmed.
Fees may vary based on destination, transfer method, and partner requirements.

The Platform does not guarantee the lowest fees or exchange outcomes.


6. Compliance and Monitoring

To ensure safety and compliance, the Platform may:

  • Conduct identity and transaction verification

  • Delay or reject transfers that require further review

  • Suspend or restrict access where necessary

These measures are in place to protect members and comply with applicable regulations.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to MCC PLC and its partners.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use Platform content without prior written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis

  • MCC PLC and NCU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • No liability is assumed for delays or service interruptions beyond reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Required verification is not completed

  • Continued use poses legal, security, or compliance risks

MCC PLC and NCU are not responsible for the actions or services of third parties beyond applicable agreements.
